Welcome to Naviton GPS!
Thank you for choosing Naviton GPS & Vehicle Connectivity Ltd.
Your Naviton tracking system gives you access to your vehicle through our easy-to-use web and mobile tracking platform. Depending on your package, you can monitor your vehicle in real time, review trips and history, receive alerts, create geofences and access additional vehicle-security features.
1. YOUR NAVITON ACCOUNT
After installation, Naviton will activate your vehicle on your account and provide you with your login details.
You can access your account through:
Web Platform:
Your Naviton tracking portal
Mobile App:
Your Naviton-branded mobile application
Your login details should be kept private and should not be shared with unauthorized persons.
2. YOUR MAIN SCREEN
After logging in, you will see your vehicle tracking workspace.
Your main screen contains a map and a navigation panel where you can access your tracking features.
The most important sections are:
OBJECTS
View your registered vehicle(s).
ALERTS
View and manage vehicle alerts where enabled.
HISTORY
Review your vehicle's previous movements and journeys.
REPORTS
Generate detailed vehicle reports.
GEOFENCING
Create virtual geographical zones around locations.
SEND COMMAND
Available for customers and packages where remote commands are enabled.
CAMERA/MEDIA
Available where compatible camera/video services are connected.
SHARING
Share vehicle location where the feature is enabled.
NAVITON's current interface identifies these as core sections of the tracking workspace.
3. HOW TO TRACK YOUR VEHICLE
Step 1
Log in to your Naviton account.
Step 2
Open Objects.
Step 3
Select your vehicle.
Step 4
Your vehicle will appear on the map with its latest available position.
You can view information such as:

Vehicle location
-
Speed
-
Address
-
Last received position
-
Online/Offline status
-
Movement status
The platform's workspace is designed to show the vehicle's position together with information such as speed, address, coordinates, history and device status.
TIP
If your vehicle appears offline, don't immediately assume that the tracker has stopped working. Check the last communication time first.
If the vehicle remains offline for an unusual period, contact Naviton Support.
4. UNDERSTANDING VEHICLE STATUS
Your vehicle may display different statuses depending on its current condition and communication with the platform.
For example:
🟢 Online — The tracker is communicating with the platform.
⚪ Offline — The tracker is currently not communicating.
🚗 Moving — The vehicle is detected as moving.
⏸️ Idle/Stopped — The vehicle is stationary.
The exact status and information available may depend on your installed system and package.
5. VIEWING YOUR VEHICLE HISTORY
Want to know where your vehicle has been?
Go to:
History → Select Vehicle → Select the desired time period
You can review previous vehicle movements and journeys.
Depending on your account configuration, the history can provide information such as:

Routes travelled

Stops
-
Driving periods

Distance travelled

Speed

Locations

Ignition events
NAVITON provides history and reporting tools for vehicle movements, including drives, stops, distances and other recorded information.
6. SETTING UP A GEOFENCE
A geofence is a virtual boundary created around a physical location.
For example, you could create a geofence around:

🏢 Office
🏫 School
🏭 Business premises
⛽ Depot
📍 Any frequently visited location
When your vehicle enters or leaves a configured zone, Naviton can generate an alert.
Example
You create a geofence around your home.
If your vehicle leaves the area unexpectedly, you can receive a notification.
NAVITON supports entry/exit geofence alerts through the platform and mobile application.
7. VEHICLE ALERTS
Alerts help you know when important events occur.
Depending on your Naviton package and account configuration, alerts may include:

🚗 Vehicle movement
📍 Geofence entry/exit
⚠️ Overspeeding
🚨 Unauthorized movement
🛻 Towing
🔋 Power-related events
🔐 Security events
📡 Signal-related security alerts
🛡️ Engine immobilisation events
NAVITON supports browser, mobile push, email and, where configured, SMS notifications.
IMPORTANT
Make sure notifications are enabled for the Naviton mobile app on your phone.
8. HOW TO CHECK YOUR ALERTS
Open:
Alerts / Events
Here you can review recorded vehicle events and notifications.
For example:
Overspeed Alert
Vehicle exceeded the configured speed limit.
or
Geofence Exit
Vehicle left the designated zone.
The platform's Events area records triggered events and alerts such as overspeeding, geofence alerts and other configured events.
9. REPORTS
Naviton can provide detailed reports about your vehicle activity.
Depending on your package and configuration, reports may include:
General Information
Basic vehicle activity, distance and speed information.
Drives & Stops
Vehicle movement and stopping periods.
Overspeed
Recorded speeding events.
Geofence In/Out
Vehicle entries and exits from designated zones.
Ignition ON/OFF
Recorded ignition activity.
Events
Summary of important vehicle events.
Reports can be generated for selected vehicles and time periods, and NAVITON supports formats including PDF, HTML and XLS in its reporting system.
10. NAVITON SECUREPRO CUSTOMERS
Customers subscribed to Naviton SecurePro receive enhanced vehicle-security functionality.
Where enabled, SecurePro may provide:

Engine immobilisation

Anti-theft protection

Engine ON/OFF alerts
-
Towing alerts
-
Unauthorized movement alerts
⚠️ IMPORTANT
Never attempt to immobilise a high-speed moving vehicle.
Remote engine immobilisation should only be performed under appropriate circumstances and in accordance with Naviton's safety instructions.
If your vehicle is stolen or moved without authorization, contact Naviton Support and the appropriate authorities immediately.
11. NAVITON SECUREULTRA CUSTOMERS
SecureUltra provides our most advanced vehicle monitoring and security capabilities.
Depending on the vehicle and configuration, additional features may include:

Priority technical support
Some advanced functions require specific vehicle/device configurations.
12. IF YOUR VEHICLE IS STOLEN
DO NOT PANIC.
Immediately:
1. Contact Naviton Support
2. Contact the appropriate security/law-enforcement authority
3. Provide your vehicle registration number
4. Provide your Naviton account/customer information to Naviton Technical Support
5. Do not attempt to confront the suspected thief yourself.
Our team can assist with the tracking information available through your Naviton system.
Naviton GPS is a vehicle monitoring and security system. While it can significantly assist vehicle monitoring and recovery, no tracking system can guarantee recovery of a stolen vehicle.
13. MOBILE APP
Your Naviton mobile application allows you to monitor your vehicle from your smartphone.
Depending on your package, you can access:

NAVITON's mobile client supports real-time tracking, history/reports, alerts and geofencing.
FIRST-TIME APP SETUP

Enter your Naviton login details.

Allow notifications when requested.

Allow required permissions.

Select your vehicle from Objects.

Confirm that your vehicle appears on the map.
14. KEEPING YOUR NAVITON SYSTEM ACTIVE
For the best experience:
✅ Keep your subscription active.
✅ Keep your mobile application updated.
✅ Allow Naviton notifications.
✅ Keep your login details secure.
✅ Do not tamper with the installed tracking system.
✅ Contact Naviton before removing or modifying the tracking equipment.
✅ Report unusual behaviour immediately.
